From Gujarat to the Golden Sands
Our Epic Rajasthan Road Trip (11–16 Feb 2023)

Some trips give you photos.
Others give you stories for life.
Ours began on 11/02/23, when we drove from Navsari to Surat and onward flight to Jaipur— and from there climbed into our Tempo Traveller van, officially launching a Rajasthan adventure none of us will ever forget.
We were nine travelers from two continents:
- Mahesh (UK) – tour organizer (that’s me!)
- Hansa (UK) – my wife and calm compass of the group
- Girish (UK) and wife Bharti (UK) – always ready with laughter and food
- Kishor (UK) and wife Hema (UK) – our cheerful drink critics
- Kanubhai (USA) – eldest of the group and a lonely heart
- Jay (USA) and wife Sarla (USA) – sunset chasers and storytellers
Six from the UK. Three from the US. One unforgettable road trip.
Our route:
Jaipur → Ajmer → Pushkar → Jodhpur → Jaisalmer → back to Jaipur
