Day 02 15 July 2013 – Slow Rhythms of Goa

The next morning, Goa worked its magic. We woke late, unhurried and relaxed—exactly as one should in this coastal paradise.

After a leisurely breakfast at the hotel, we wandered down to the beach. The monsoon drizzle meant fewer crowds, giving the shoreline a peaceful charm. We spent the day enjoying simple pleasures—freshly prepared Goan shack food, cool drinks, and the rhythmic sound of the Arabian Sea.

Goa’s cuisine, influenced by its Portuguese past, is famous for its bold flavours—vinegar-based curries, seafood, and spices. Even a simple beachside meal here feels special.

By evening, we returned to the hotel to freshen up before heading out again. The night came alive with music—live bands and singers performing at nearly every restaurant. We dined, listened, and soaked in the vibrant atmosphere.
